A Property Management firm in West Los Angeles area is seeking an individual with Administrative, Accounting skills and Bookkeeping experience in Property Management. This individual will be supporting the Exec. Vice President in managing the Real Estate and Accounting department, must have the ability to multi-task on a regular basis. Experience in bookkeeping and processing of monthly/yearly reports required. Direct interface with on-site property managers on a daily basis.

Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping job duties include but not limited to:

* Process invoices into the account payable system
* Process checks - print, match and review
* Process on-site property manager's daily deposits
* Reconciling monthly bank statements
* Assist with special projects as needed
* Typing correspondence
* Report payroll to ADP processing
* Maintaining multi-properties filing systems
* Review monthly rent reports from on-site properties
* Helping in the transition from an "in-house" bookkeeping/property management system to a "new packaged" on-site property management program, i.e. Rent Manager, Yardi, Syrasoft Management program
REQUIREMENTS
*Minimum 2-5 yrs Accounting/Bookkeeping, preferable in the property management industry
*Strong Administrative Assistant background
*Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel
*Excellent ability to communicate both written and verbally
*Detailed oriented
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
