Administrative Assistant

Executive Assistant will support 6-8 individuals. Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, entering and submitting expense reports, entering time sheets, scheduling meetings and coordinating their calendars, handling correspondence and all other duties as assigned. Executive Assistant must have great communication skills, will be speaking with clients across the country and be able to multi-task. An individual with a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic will excel in this position.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of prior experience as Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Previous experience working within a Accounting Firm a plus but not required.
