The Eastridge Group on behalf of Temple Emanu-El of San Diego is seeking qualified candidates for a Part-Time Administrative / Accounting position as a Campaign Administrator.

The CAMPAIGN ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for performing all internal clerical, administrative, and accounting functions relating to the Temple Emanu-El Capital Campaign. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Temple Emanu-El with secondary reporting to the Capital Campaign Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Primary point of contact for donors and vendors in relation to Capital Campaign
·PR Skills in dealing with sensitive money issues
·Keep a detailed schedule and calendar of all dates related to project.
·Good Word Processing skills
·Management skills in database management
·Clear understanding of financial reporting and accounting
·Preparing all invoices and billings to be distributed and mailed to donors on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis

EXPERIENCE:
·High School Diploma
·3+ years of Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience
·Expert level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus)

COMPENSATION:
$17-$18/hr
