Our Jacobson Associates is seeking a polished individual to join as an Actuarial Client Relationship Manager in our Chicago office. The Actuarial Client Relationship Manager is responsible for generating contingent-based revenue through a consultative, service oriented approach to the client and project management. This role includes business and candidate development, process management, and client consultation. The Actuarial Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for leading and managing candidates and clients to successful search conclusions, completing a high percentage of assignments leading to achievement of revenue goals, and other goals and duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Actuarial Recruiting, Insurance, or Sales experience
Bachelor’s degree
2 + years business experience
Ability to manage multiple projects
