Position: Actuarial Analyst-Honolulu

Minimum Experience Required: Less than 1 year

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or other mathematics-related degrees
Strong analytical skills and math aptitude
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Attention to detail and commitment to task
Strong GPA (minimum of 3.0)
Strong computer skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass actuarial exams preferred
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

As a contributing member of our consulting team, you will be involved in a variety of projects which include:

Pension plan design
Annual pension and/or post-retirement medical plan valuations
Forecasting
Asset/liability modeling
Pension plan administration
Experience studies
Solving other retirement-related client issues As an actuarial analyst, you are eligible to participate in a comprehensive Exam Study Program
