PRIMARY PURPOSE: To ensure all cash received is appropriately and timely applied to customer accounts.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Posts cash receipts into accounting and billing system. Performs accounts receivable reporting and analysis. Assists in client bank reconciliation. Supports the Total Performance Management initiative.
REQUIREMENTS


Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required



Experience: Two (2) years accounting or related experience required.



Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
