A newly created Accounts Receivable Supervisory position at a growing company that offers excellent benefits!

Duties:
* Supervise existing receivables staff, researching and resolving existing account discrepancies and promoting a high level of customer service.

* Meets accounts receivable operational and financial standards by collecting premiums, providing annual accounts receivable budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

* Maintains financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.

* Previous experience in an insurance environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Qualifications:
* Five years of management and collections experience.

* High level of written and oral communication skills.

* Ability to motivate others.

* Intermediate Word, Excel and 10-key skills.
