Accounts Receivable Specialist to $ 40K

Well established company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities include maintaining all aspects of customer’s accounts, applying payments, issuing refunds, researching misapplied payments and applying credit card charge backs and bank returned checks, run necessary reports for the internal payments,perform selected account reconciliations and make any needed corrections and verify the various bank reports against the collection report.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must possess one year or more accounting experience, excellent communication skills, be a self starter and possess intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
