Accounts Receivable Representative

We have an immediate opening at our corporate office in Cypress, for an Accounts Receivable Representative. Responsibilities include:
Dealership Accounts Receivables posting and billing.Calling deficient dealership accounts and curing outstanding balances.Maintaining precise documentation of past due accounts and the collection process, with consistent follow-up to ensure that accounts are monitored timely.Maintaining Sales Representative’s related commission’s database.Ensuring application and compliance with established operating policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:
Outstanding customer service skills.Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.A minimum six-months customer service related experience.The ability to harmoniously maintain client relationships.The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.The ability to be a reliable, accurate and detailed self-starter.Good computer skills; Word and Excel spreadsheet.Auto Insurance Industry or Auto Dealership experience a plus.InsureNow also offers an outstanding work environment and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.
