Accounts Receivable Recovery Representative - Metairie, LA

Our Horsham, PA headquarters location is currently seeking a career-minded professional to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Recovery Representative.

As an Accounts Receivable Recovery Representative, you will contact customers with outstanding aged receivables. You will review account history with customers and provide supporting documentation. You will research client balance disputes to facilitate payment of receivables while always maintaining customer satisfaction. While maintaining up-to-date records of customer concerns and correspondence you will work toward the achievement of monthly individual and department goals
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to details

Computer aptitude and strong keyboarding/typing skills

Previous collection experience
Preferred Skills and Education:


Six months prior customer service experience

Knowledge of SAP AR
