Accounts Receivable Processor

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
• Secure revenue by billing existing customers
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit
card transactions
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
• Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts;
coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account;
verifying totals; preparing report
• Protect organization's value by keeping information
confidential
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing
related results as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with high volume processing.
Strong computer skills with general knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and Email.
Ability to communicate with external/internal customers.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
