Accounts Receivable /Payable Specialist

Performs a variety of accounting duties including accounts receivable, billing, cash applications, deposit preparation, commission calculations, maintenance of credit lines and file maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
BS in accounting, finance or business administration. Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to work under pressure, meet and set deadlines, and strong attention to details Experienced in MS Office especially Excel and QuickBooks.
Printing, Publishing or Packaging experience a big plus!!
