We are seeking a well organized individual to work as part of our team in the Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) departments. Must have good communication skills for answering the phone and speaking with customers and vendors. Day to day duties include entering vendor's invoices, preparing bank deposits, collections and other office related tasks. Experience with an accounting software a must. Great Plains experience a HUGE plus.
SALARY based on experience. Benefits/EOE.
REQUIREMENTS
General knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office and an Accounting application.
