DST Health Solutions is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager.
Job Description
Management position responsible for managing and improving processes and overseeing personnel within the Accounts Receivable Follow Up area of PPS BPO, as well as working with a team of managers responsible for functions within the BPO area. Processes within the AR follow up area include timely filing of claims, balancing and reconciling of audit trails, research on unpaid claims, reviewing various financial and claims tracking reports, and working and responding to correspondence. Manager must be able to evaluate claims trends, patterns, and work with payers to resolve issues. Ensure employees maintain appropriate time keeping records and production reports. Monitor and work with auditing and senior management to ensure production and quality metrics for each employee are met and guide employees in improvement opportunities; counsel employees who do not meet metrics. Maintain BPO department metrics. Provide reporting, as needed, to senior management. Ability to work with multiple state Medicare and Medicaid programs as well as state specific HMOs. Create state specific insurance carrier documentation.Qualifications
Job Requirements
College degree required with equivalent experience considered, and at least 3 years of management experience within a healthcare environment. Proficient in Excel and Word. Ability to work with scanned documents and train employees in new processes with automated work distributor software. Experience with AWD and/or DST (formerly CSC) provider software a plus.Benefits
