Accounts Receivable Customer Service Representative

Cintas is looking for an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Coordinator. This position includes creating summary invoicing in Excel spreadsheets and the AS400 system on a monthly basis, mailing consolidated statements to customers, and working with customers to handle any invoicing issues for assigned accounts. In addition, this partner will be responsible for preparing the daily bank deposit, an also will assist in providing leadership and guidance to all Customer Service Representatives in the AR department.



Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with the ability to work overtime as business needs require.
REQUIREMENTS


High School Diploma or GED

At least one year of office experience, accounts receivable experience preferred

At least one year of customer service experience, leadership experience preferred

Experience performing various business tasks, including data entry, creating invoices, creating spreadsheets, communicating invoice issues to management, researching invoice information, and resolving customer invoicing problems, preferably would have performed bank deposit functions

Data entry skills of 7,500 KPH (Alphanumeric)

Knowledgeable with Internet and Microsoft applications including Excel & Word
