Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The National Athletic Trainers' Association is a Dallas based non-profit association with 30,000 members, 42 staff and a $7 million budget. The mission of NATA is to enhance the quality of health care provided by certified athletic trainers and to advance the athletic training profession.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-year accounting degree OR equivalent experience in responsible accounting position essential.


DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Preparing monthly billings and issuing invoices.

- Maintaining monthly accounts receivable audit schedules, and balancing them to the general ledger.

- Tracking and collecting due balances.

- Maintaining corporate account files.

- Invoicing and tracking rebates.

- Reviewing bank deposits for payment of accounts receivable items.

- Compiling and mailing quarterly general ledger expense reports.
