Accounts Receivable Accounting Manager, Domestic

Ticketmaster is currently looking for an Accounting Manager to manage and support the Receivables area of the Shared Services Domestic Accounting group. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Management of A/R accountants and clerical staff
•Coordinate with Regional Finance Directors and other field personnel to ensure proper recording and reporting of Ticketmaster’s billable transactions
•Ensure timely collection of over $3 Billion in receivables annually
•Responsible for month end close processes
•Ensure timely preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations
•Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for internal and external (SEC) reporting purposes
•Ensure group compliance with SOX requirements
•Review and reengineer existing financial processes to leverage opportunities from our recent SAP implementation
•Review and further develop current processing approach. Identify and implement efficiencies
•Assist on other special projects
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•Approximately 7+ years of financial/accounting experience.
•BS in Finance/Accounting
•CPA preferred
•Strong management and leadership skills
•Self starter with a positive attitude
•Must be highly proficient in Excel
•SAP experience preferred
