'Perform full cycle of Accounts Payable functions.
'Responsible for doing data entry, viewing, matching, and researching invoices to be processed for payment.
'Responsible for processing employee' expense reports.
'Be able to utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and accurate resolutions for billing and receiving discrepancies.
'Be able to communicate with internal and external contacts via email and phone to provide timely resolutions to requests.
'Be able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet given deadlines.
'Ensure expenses are captures as incurred.
'Follow procedures established for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
'Responsible for weekly check-runs and adhere to month-end closings.
'Maintain W-9 files for all vendors, 1099 reporting.
