pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Due to the acquisition of SCIREX Corporation, our Accounts Payable function is relocating to Premier's Center City Philadelphia, PA US Corporate Headquarters.

Performs general Accounts Payable duties including but not limited to opening mail, filing, auditing of various accounts/invoices, reconciliation of various accounts/invoices and timely data entry.
REQUIREMENTS
Primary Job Responsibilities:

-Allocates invoices to proper General Ledger accounts.
-Reviews and enters invoices into system in a timely manner
-Reconciles Purchase Orders to invoices and enters into system.
-Researches and resolves vendor and employee issues relating to invoice processing
-Creates and accurately maintains spreadsheets of various types for information/tracking purposes and to help resolve outstanding issues
-Review and distributes checks
-Opens and distributes mail and performs filing

Key Skills:

-Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to multitask
-Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel. Costpoint and Lawsons preferred

Experience:

-1 year related accounts payable experience preferred
