Accounts Payable - General Accounting

Our client is seeking an AP-General Accounting specialist with strong Accounts Payable-coding, processing, and payment of vendor invoices for raw material and expense items. The focus is to ensure timely and accurate payment, proper entry of items into the general ledger system, and monitoring vendor statements to keep accounts current.
Payroll/Human Resources-maintain payroll (ADP) and HR records. Primary emphasis is accuracy, prompt resolution of problems, legal compliance-filing, and process improvements.
General Accounting-monthly closing routines inclusive of bank reconciliations and sundry general ledger account activities.
REQUIREMENTS
5 - plus years prior experience and a strong knowledge of AP processing/accounting in a Manufacturing environment.Organized, Punctual, Meets Deadlines, Detail Oriented and Reliable.
