Accounts Payable Coordinator Needed for Architecture Firm

Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at an LA-based architecture and construction firm? Do you excel in a cohesive team-oriented environment? If so, then this is the position for you! Expanding firms seeks to add to its accounting team with the immediate addition of an Accounts Payable Coordinator. Working closely with the Accounting Supervisor and Controller, you will process the full cycle of accounts payable. In addition to complex coding, you will be responsible for vendor contact.
REQUIREMENTS
- Due to the extensive amount of client/vendor contact associated with the position, customer service skills are key. It is also very important that the candidate work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to new challenges and interruptions. - One year experience required; mindset and willingness to learn are very valued in this position. - No specific software is required, but exposure to an accounting package is a plus.
