Prestigious Los Angeles area Business Management firm seeks Accounts Payable/ Bookkeepers for their rapidly expanding practice. This firm specializes in managing the bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and financial matters for entertainment industry performers and executives, and other high net worth individuals.



You will:

* handle all aspects of accounts payable and bank reconciliations

* assist bookkeeper / account managers with day to day administration of client accounts

* speak directly with clients, vendors, staff, etc

* prepare payroll and payroll tax for clients and staff
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will:

* have one or more years of Business Management Firm experience!

* be able to interact with high profile, high net worth clients

* be experienced with client A/P, A/R, payroll and payroll taxes

* will have knowledge of DATAFACTION or similar software


Benefits and Perks:

Salary is $35,000-$40,000 depending on experience
