Accounts Payable Associate Accountant

Run reports and balance A/P to G/L when posting occurs.

Run metrics reports daily and monthly.

Perform duplicate payment checking process on a monthly basis.

Work with Bank Reconciliation Group to research and clear differences.

Send letters on checks that are outstanding over 60 days.

Maintain log of escheated checks that balances to the a/p checks in the Dormant check account.

Send reports and payments to the States on unclaimed property as required by State laws.

Research and clear suspense items.

Perform other A/P related tasks as assigned by supervisor.Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of A/P experience with emphasis on balancing and reconciliations.Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to handle high volume and multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Excellent problem solving skills.
