Experienced in organizing and running projects entailing (1) planning, (2) analysis and (3) reporting.  Know procedures required for quality control and risk management.  Will be responsible for running small projects within the larger OHTA engagement, will be required to supervise a team or 3 or more junior staff and interact with others on the OHTA engagement.  The current work is to
perform analysis and reconciliation of historic accounting records.  This requires knowledge of accounting and transaction process, internal controls, acceptable evidence required to substantiate accounting transactions, knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals.  This person will be expected to serve on other Accounting Service engagements in a team lead role, demonstrated project experience will be necessary. 
 
Desirable:   Federal accounting/auditing experience.  Knowledgeable of Federal Financial management/accounting regulations such GAO Yellow Book, OMB and US Treasury pronouncements and accounting standards issued by FASAB. .
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting or Financial Auditing experience - in Federal arena desirable
- Supervisory experience overseeing 2 or more staff
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork skills
