You will be eligible for holiday pay after you have worked as a DRA Temporary for 800 cumulative hours. Your hours will begin to accumulate on the first day of your first assignment and will continue to accumulate until you have worked 800 hours. To receive holiday pay you must work the day before and the day after the holiday (unless the client's business is closed or you take approved vacation time). Your pay rate will be the average hourly rate of all your previous temporary assignments and you will be paid for eight (8) hours. If you are inactive for six (6) months or more, you will need to work an additional 800 hours to be eligible for holiday pay when you reactivate with us.
Don Richard Associates recognizes the 6 major holidays in a year for their eligible Temporaries:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas DayVACATION PAY
You will be eligible for vacation pay after you have worked as a DRA Temporary for 1600 cumulative hours each year. Your hours will begin to accumulate on the first day of your first assignment and will continue to accumulate throughout the next 12 months, when the process begins again. Hours earned do not carry over from year to year. Vacation pay will be based on a 40 hour week at an average hourly rate of all your previous temporary assignments. Once you have been paid for vacation, your hours revert back to zero.
BONUSES
Client Referrals:
A bonus of $25.00 will be paid when the new client uses 40 hours of temporary service from us. There is no limit to the number of these bonuses you can receive.Applicant Referrals:
A bonus of $25.00 will be paid after a referral has worked 80 hours as a DRA Temporary and has received a favorable evaluation.

Because you are registered/employed through Don Richard Associates, you are eligible to join Chartway Federal Credit Union. All temporary employees of Don Richard Associates are eligible for direct deposit effective your second payroll with Don Richard Associates. All you need to do is fill out the appropriate paperwork at the front desk and attach a voided check. Your paycheck will be credited to your account after midnight on the Thursday following the payroll ending date with funds available Friday morning (with the exception being bank observed holidays the week of payroll). In order for your paycheck to be direct deposited, we MUST receive your signed timecard no later than 9 a.m. on the Monday following the end of the payroll.
