Accounting Manager- URGENT NEED!

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year Our client is currently looking for an accounting Manager to handle all of the operational accounting.
•Supervises accounting staff.
•Prepares monthly financial statements and commentaries.
•Executes cash disbursements for payment of company expenditures in accordance with disbursement policies.•Handles all accounting aspects of the 401(k) plan.
•Responsible for all reports required by governmental regulatory agencies, such as U.S. Department of Commerce.
•Prepares credit memo analysis and make recommendations for needed improvement.
•Analyzes and reconcile inventory on a yearly basis.
•Year-end financial reporting, including financial statements, audits, and inventory. Work with auditing firm as needed.
•Prepares quarterly and annual sales use tax returns for appropriate companies.
•Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Issues written and oral instructions. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
•Prepares other adhoc analyses as required.
•Plans, directs and coordinates the work plan for computer system related projects to ensure that goals on objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame.
•Prepares project status reports for Management.
•Responsible for all NAFTA reporting.
•Coordinates and assists with the budget process
•Maintains and reconciles fixed assets schedules
•Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
