Accounting Manager / Supervisor

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65000 to $80000 per year Large well known service organization in Milwaukee is currently recruiting for an Accounting Manager due to a recent promotion. Key responsibilities: Perform and monitor close process by Staff Accountants to be completed by all deadlines in accordance to GAAP, preparation of monthly financial statements, coordinate all SOX 404 activities including walkthroughs, segregation of duties and management testing, design and implement required SOX remediation activities, monitor all required monthly reporting including AR and FCD completion, work with billing department to implement effective process related to customer relations, work with on projects such as Sales Tax and Contract Audits, ad hoc reports, budgeting and other projects as assigned. BS in Accounting is required along with a CPA is preferred. 5+ years experience in a large multi division environment with staff supervision responsibilities.
