Accounting Manager - Internal position w/ Public CPA Firm

Mid-sized, regional Minneapolis CPA and business consulting firm in need of an Internal Accounting Manager.

Position entails overseeing all internal accounting functions including prepare and enter all journal entries, AP/AR, collections, preparing of financials, reconciling bank statements, track fixed assets, budget preparation, oversees payroll, etc.

Looking for individual able to step in and make immediate impact by helping to evaluate existing processes and identifying new methods that will result in better efficiencies and access to information.

Qualified candidates will have a 4yr degree in accounting or 2yr degree with applicable experience. Must be able to multi-task, take initiative, and possess strong communication skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft products essential. MAS90 and CCH Products experience preferred, CCH Practice is IDEAL.

- minimum 2yr degree in Accounting
