Accounting Manager / Contract Administrator

Rapidly growing Lehigh Acres Contractor is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager / Contract Administrator. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Duties to include: Quarterly Payroll Tax Reporting, Inter-company Billing, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger account reconciliations, Partnership accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for affiliate companies and partnerships. The position will work with Construction Draw schedules, Progress Billings, AIA billings and Notice to Owners (NTO’s). REQUIREMENTS
Need someone with a good attitude, attention to details, who is motivated and has several years experience in accounting. Must have experience with Payroll Tax Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations. Prefer candidate who has 3-5 years experience in accounting for Construction or Contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience with Progress Billings, AIA billings, Notice to Owners (NTO’s), and a good understanding of Job Cost accounting, Percent Complete Schedules, Summary of Contracts, and Construction Contract Administration.
