Accounting Manager

A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to be responsible its accounting function including: A/P, A/R, general ledger, collections, expense reports, and payroll. Duties will include developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems, procedures and policies, ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data, including monthly and annual. Acting as a liaison between the company and CPA auditors in providing required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained, managing Accounting department staff including selection, development, performance management and evaluation.Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and 7+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years in accounting management roles. A CPA is preferred but not required. Must have working knowledge of US GAAP and full accounting cycle. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and enterprise software.
