Staff Accountant $14/hr Temp
Main responsiblities include supporting the finance department including account reconciliations, preparation of grant vouchers, journal entry preperation, assist with various payroll and management reports. Eastside company is looking for a payroll specialist to perform statistical and clerical duties for their payroll dept. Process payroll, update changes in payroll and 401K, perform audits and functions for SOX compliance. ADP with Reportsmith, and Etime card system experience a plus.
