The Heritage at Brentwood is a new continuing care retirement community under construction in the Brentwood, TN area. Its first phase will include 180 independent living units, 34,000 sq. feet of common areas, and a 30-bed skilled nursing facility. Opening and occupancy are targeted for Winter 2006/2007. Two additional phases are planned on the 50-acre site.

We are now seeking candidates for the following position:

Accounting Director

Qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 4-6 years experience. Hands-on duties include processing A/P, A/R and payroll, Medicare billing, preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow analysis, monthly reconciliations and related reports on a timely basis and according to established schedules. As a member of The Heritage of Brentwood’s senior leadership team, the Accounting Director serves as a resource person for other department heads in budget preparation and analysis.
