The Supply Operations Manufacturing Finance Department, located in Walnut Creek, California has an opening for an Accounting Clerk IV.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Match vendor invoices with ADAGE POs; verify receiving and process invoices for payment.
Process miscellaneous non-PO payments.
Process employee expense and petty cash reimbursements.
Prepare period close journals and Division rebills.
Research vendor/invoice discrepancies.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum 3 – 5 years Accounts Payable experience required.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel; Familiarity with ADAGE a plus.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and aptitude with numbers.
Ability to process large volume of accounts payable invoices.
Ten key by touch.
Detailed oriented with the ability to work as a team player.
Individual must be a self starter, ambitious, dependable and reliable; Attendance during period close a must.
