Accounting Clerk II - Central Set-up Division

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk II within our Corporate Central Set-up department.



Specifically, duties include (but are not limited to):


Computes, calculates and records or posts statistical, numerical or financial data

Reviews and determines accuracy of source data, account balances, calculations, postings, etc; investigates and reconciles any discrepancies

May develop queries; generates and distributes reports and work product

Communicates with customers and responds to inquires; takes corrective actions

Evaluates compiled data and recommends appropriate actions

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, are preformed under general supervision and typically require judgment and/or ingenuity

Active role in orienting, training, and assignment of work

Review work preformed by lower level employees

Serve as a technical resource to others in resolution of more complex problems

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Intermediate MS Excel skills required; advanced skills preferred

Intermediate Access skills; familiar with building tables, reports, designing queries, etc.

Must consistently demonstrate superior energy, intelligence, and need for achievement

Able to work 8-5 / M-F (no amended schedule) and extra hours as needed

Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in VBA and/or SQL is a plus
