Function: Accounting / FinancePay Type: Non-ExemptPosition Number: 90000687 Accounting Clerk IIEmployee Type: Full Time Shift 1Job Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for matching vendor invoices to mill receipts, maintaining vendor invoice and mill receipt files and solving problems related to the matching process, creating reports and any other duties as assigned. Requires communication with internal and external customers. Difficulty Of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Experience: 2+ years.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System, an understanding of the system features and how to use these features. Tyson Business Computer Systems include the Sales/Inventory Management System, the Purchase Order System, the Accounts Payable System, the General Ledger System, the Transportation/Trucking System, or the Human Resource System.
Position-Specific Requirements: Mail volume can be overwhelming at times. Good organizational skills and fast processing speed are needed to manage.
