POSITION SUMMARY

The Accounting Associate performs various accounting activities relating to marketing’s retail business operations and ensures accuracy of cash related activities including but not limited to the following:
*Reconciles daily station deposits and credit card activity;

*Researches and processes adjustments as needed;

*Performs accounting and analysis for dealer / retailer activity;

*Complete monthly bank reconciliation.
REQUIREMENTS
SPECIAL TRAINING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

*Three to five years business/accounting experience; business school graduate preferred.

*Proficiency in using windows applications. Sap experience a plus.

*Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

*Ability to multi-task under pressure and to meet strict daily and monthly closing deadlines.

*Detail oriented and accurate, and the ability to independently solve problems.

*Individual must have strong interpersonal & communication skills to handle customers and field personnel.
