Additionally, Morningstar Inc., a global, independent investment research firm, named Robert Half International's Chairman and CEO, Max Messmer, as 2003 CEO of the Year.As a result of our continued success, Accountemps is growing and looking for a focused and results-oriented Division Director to join our team.The Division Director will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for providing sales leadership, motivation and direction to the Sales Professionals he/she manages. The Division Director will be expected to incrementally grow divisional revenue, consistent with RHI target levels, by selling our services to prospective clients, building existing client relationships, and recruiting and placing accounting and financial professionals. In a sales capacity, responsibilities include marketing to clients by phone, conducting client meetings and participating in networking events. Recruiting functions include interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on temporary assignments. The individual in this role will work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division's production and performance goals. In addition, the Division Director will supervise the administrative functions of the division.RHI will provide the industry's most progressive training, tools and technology to assist the Division Director in developing his/her business.
