Accountant Real Estate

Basic Function:Record property related accounting transactions, while maintaining compliance with internal accounting controls, established policies, and accounting and reporting requirements.Responsibilities:

Process high volume of real estate paperwork, reviewing CAM, CAI and RET reconciliations and payments.
Prepare and enter journal entries for property and facility related transactions.
Reconcile and analyze various general ledger account balances and recommend to management appropriate actions as needed.
Prepare monthly financial schedules and quarterly and annual audit schedules.
Partner with facilities management for review of all property repairs and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%Job Requirements:

2 - 3 years in an accounting department, retail experience a plus.
Prefer high transactional volume
Computer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel and financial systems (Oracle a plus).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
