Accountant Position

SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated person to perform a variety of Staff Accountant duties to support our multiple locations. Candidate must be efficient, attentive to detail, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential material. Candidate must be an effective communicator, proficient with MS Office, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and go the “extra” mile in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Auditing,
•Inventory,
•Cost Mgmt,
•Financial Analysis,
•Gross Margin,
•Bank Reconciliations,
•Month end-reconciliations,
•Credit card reconciliations;
•Full cycle AP/AR,
•Adjust JE,
•Sales tax,
•Review credit apps
•Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
•Accounting degree, or degree in progress;
•4+ years experience as an Accountant;
•Effective Problem Solving skills
•Accurate, efficient, attentive to detail;
•Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.
•Experience with multiple locations a plus.
•Bilingual a plus.

Compensation & Benefits: $16.00 to $22.00 per hour DOE
1st of Month after 30 days eligible for:
