Accountant - Cash Management - Shared Service Environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Accounting for corporate assets and liabilities including cash, debt, interest and employee benefit obligations.
•Cash management responsibilities including recording daily cash receipts and coordinating with corporate treasurer to ensure short-term cash requirements are properly funded.
•Preparing and submitting monthly trial balance for shared services organization.
•Lead the inter company reconciliation process including liaising with other entities to resolve outstanding issues.

REQUIREMENTS
"Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
" accounting and financial analysis skills including experience with consolidating financial statements, financial reporting and advanced financial analysis and US GAAP accounting principles
"2 or more years of consistent experience within a similar role
"Proficient use of JD Edwards or SAP a plus, MS Excel, Word, Access and Outlook skills are a must
"Overall knowledge of windows based accounting software package(s)
"Cash management experience
"Dedicated and professional demeanor
"Manufacturing or other large industry experience is a plus
"Good oral and written communication skills
