In late 2006, Organic Trails Cafes will be opening a second location. This growing restaurant company is in need of an enthusiastic, organized and efficient person to do all of our basic accounting and bookkeeping. We are currently planning continued growth and expansion; as a result, you will also have the opportunity to oversee construction budgets and other special projects.

18-24 flexible hours / week (potential for increased hours as business grows)

Responsibilities:
Manage complete vendor payment cycle
Perform internal audits
Provide cost accounting support
Create financial reports
Make general ledger accruals and journal entries
Perform bank reconciliations
Report sales tax
Administer workers compensation
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
* Experience with Quickbooks Pro
* Extraordinary organizational skills
* Familiarity with Word and Excel
