ACCOUNTANT
Proficient in general accounting procedures; Construction and/or Timberline preferred

BILLING CLERK
Customer service contracts and billing files; Input service agreements / monthly service work orders Heavy phone contact with customers and field techs.

DISPATCHER Process customer service calls and dispatch field techs Issue purchase orders to field techs Superior customer service skills.

All positions require excellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional demeanor; ability to manage multiple priorities, Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office.
