Accountant

1) Monthly billing of all contracts and private fees for services2) Develop computer programs as needed for reporting3) Assist with attendance records for staff, volunteers, students, campers4) Maintain financial records in organized fashion5) Full Charge bookkeeping including monthly reconciliation of bank statements, general ledger accounts, subsidiary accounts, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, AP/AR, budget preparation, project analysis as needed6) Compliance with public and private grants7) Prepare various financial reports for presentation to board of directors, staff and other outside parties8) Attend monthly finance committee meetings and others as requested by the executive director Volt is a Fortune 1000 company.
