Our client, a ten year old national mortgage company headquartered in Sun Prairie is seeking an Accountant. This position will be in their downtown Madison, WI office located within walking distance to the capitol building and State Street. As an accountant for our client you will be responsible for general ledger and journal entries. This job will involve entering, manipulating and exporting data with Excel. This is a full time direct hire opportunity with a salary range of $40 to $42K
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of an Associate's degree. However, a bachelor's degree in accounting is very much preferred. Experience with general ledger accounting and journal entry work is required. Strong excel skills are a must. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a team player attitude. Tax experience is a plus but not required.
