Position Information:

This position is responsible for all aspects of fixed asset management.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Processing, system maintenance and reconciling to the general ledger;

- Tagging and inventory;

- Fixed asset reporting and insuring compliance with all aspects of capitalization policies and GAAP requirements for recording assets.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in accounting or similar discipline (e.g. Business Administration).

A minimum of three years business or accounting experience is required, preferably in fixed asset management.

Candidates must possess strong organization and computer skills with the ability to work in a changing environment. Must also be detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Access) is essential. Peoplesoft Asset Management experience is a plus.
