Account Supervisor-Dallas, TX

A leading Dallas-based full service advertising agency is currently seeking direct marketing account supervisors in our growing Relationship Marketing Group. The AS role has overall responsibility for agency output and provides perspective and leadership in the development of quality solutions. The AS also has key involvement in the development and oversight of subordinates. AS candidate should have a solid understanding of direct marketing principles, strategy, and execution of direct marketing programs for clients within an agency setting. In particular, the AS must have experience in all media -- direct mail, DRTV and radio as well as a strong grasp of CRM strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities:
Supervise the strategic direction and development of accounts.
Identify & evaluate effective marketing venues.
Direct the development of marketing and communications plans.
Assist clients in establishing long & short-term marketing objectives.
Act as internal client liaison.
Oversee new product & service launches.
Manage staff in daily workflow, training, and career development.
Supervise overall budget management.
Manage account profitability & forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
Lead and/or participate in new business activities as required

REQUIREMENTS
8+ years Direct Marketing agency experience
Strong presentation & communication skills.
Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills.
Knowledge of agency process & procedure
