Account Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for day-to-day operations, as assigned by direct supervisor, in the delivery of revenue enhancement products and services for contracts managed and directed from the Philadelphia Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:
1. Demonstrate working knowledge of proprietary systems and processes utilized by MMC to fulfill Collections and Discovery contract obligations with assigned client jurisdictions.
2. Demonstrate the ability to interpret Federal, State and Local Tax Laws.
3. Demonstrate working knowledge in implementing local tax regulations, codes and ordinances in conjunction with internal and external compliance processes.
4. Demonstrate the principles of good customer service to all customers and colleagues.
5. Demonstrate compliance with all company policies and/or regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Finance or Accounting together with two years of related work experience is desired. Related experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Training will be provided.
