Account Payable Specialist

Process accounts payable, monthly assets depreciation, and buyer points amortization. Analyze monthly expenses and prepare accrual adjustments. Balance general ledger accounts. We require an associates degree in Accounting, bachelor’s preferred, with 2+ years experience and computerized accounting systems knowledge.

Mortgage Account Representative, Origination

Review incoming loan files and verify conformity to program offered, accuracy, compliance and completion of all loan documentation. We require an associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience, 2 + years mortgage processing experience, MS Office and mortgage banking applications experience, and underwriting, investor and regulatory standards knowledge.
