Account Manager for Finance and Accounting Staffing Firm

Consultis Account Manager’s daily responsibilities will include the ability to develop a territory plan, cold call, present services, negotiate contractual agreements, close business and build long term relationships with new and existing client companies. This is a business development intensive position. Account Manager will work closely with Finance Recruiter to fill all business.
REQUIREMENTS

Meet or exceed targeted KRA’s (Key Results Activities) and accurately report these as scheduled. Is primarily responsible for new business development by building long term relationships with companies local and/or global outside of protected territories. “Keep the funnel full”! Develop and maintain a territory plan by lead generation, market research and sales strategy development. Responsible for generating RFP’s and RFQ’s when necessary. Must maintain a network/user group base to gain market share and reputation. Consultis branding. Client/Prospect visits should be the primary source for business development. Must be responsible for client relationship management, including problem resolution, continual follow up utilizing the database, client profiling, personal tidbits, direct mailings, weekly performance checks and client service survey’s. Must be familiar with local market rates and salaries of Finance and Accounting professionals. Must also negotiate contractual agreements and maintain target gross margins. Be responsible for utilizing and maintaining a complete, organized and real-time database within company standards. Insure accurate & qualified job orders are being actively recruited on. Ensure rules of engagements are being adhered to. Insure candidates are submitted, interviews are scheduled, offers are negotiated and start dates are confirmed. Actively market qualified candidates to client/prospect companies for the purpose of business development. This should be your primary source of engagements. Insure consultant supervision during engagements. Utilize this opportunity for lead generation,‘dig deep go wide”. Insure periodic performance checks w/ client to assure customer satisfaction.
