Sales and Recruiting experience is not required if you have a minimum of two years experience in either technical support or applications development and possess the right personal and professional attributes. Required are outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation and communications skills, competitive drive and superior organizational skills.
An Account Executive & Recruiter must have a basic understanding of current technology, but will use an evaluation tool to assess candidates technical skills. Your career will grow as you review resumes, conduct initial phone screens and personal interviews, evaluate candidates, maintain availability lists and work your consultant relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, associates, and internal colleagues and management.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.
• Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
• Must be computer literate and have basic skills with at least one word processing and one spreadsheet software.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of business experience in related field.

Experience:
• Previous sales experience required.
• Client expansion experience desired.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Effective communication skills.
• Computer skills.
